Body: (not to be taken as medical advice—these are my opinions)

  • Take care of ourselves—naps, nutrient dense food, quality supplements related to your specific health, pure water, electrolytes, etc.

  • Movement, activity

  • Pelvic floor health

  • Take a great birth class so you know how your body works and how labor and birth work!

Resources:

Soul:

  • Deal with fear, dig into anything that comes up—pregnancy and birth often brings up a lot that we might not even realize is under the surface, not only related to birth.

    • Journal, pray, listen to what Jesus has to say to you about everything. Take time to hear and work through anything He brings up.

  • Take time to quiet your soul (mind, will, emotions) and recognize the beauty of the season you’re in—pregnancy seems long, but then all of a sudden it will be over, and you’ll be on to a new season. Press into the season you’re in.

  • Soul work is even more important than your registry
