Episode 27: Embracing God’s Design in Growing Our Families—with birth and women’s health expert Sam LeGassick

This post contains affiliate links. If you choose to purchase, I may receive a small commission at no cost to you. I only recommend products I personally use and love.

Sam LeGassick has been trained as a doula, a nurse, and a midwife, has worked training missionary midwives, and now has her own company called Created For where she supports growing families through faith-based birth education and coaching.

She also hosts her own podcast, Empowered Womanhood, a pregnancy, family growth and women’s health & wellness podcast for busy, creative women who love girl talk and want to learn about their bodies through the lens of God’s intentional design. I highly recommend it!

Today Sam and I are going to talk about God’s design of our bodies as women, and you’ll hear part of her story of how she got started in the women’s health and birth world. In our conversation you will hear her heart behind why she is teaching families in preparation for birth, and I tell some stories from my own birth experiences too!
