Episode 86: Creating Light and Joy in a Dark and Dreary Winter

It’s winter right now in the northern hemisphere, and it can feel like the dark and cold is overwhelming and never ending. As someone who lives in the northern United States, I have definitely done my share of complaining about winter weather and darkness. To be honest, I kind of made myself miserable, just trying to grit my teeth and make it through the dark days until the time changed and the days lengthened.

Now I have learned to appreciate and even enjoy winter! In today’s episode, I’m sharing my change of heart and attitude, and giving you some ideas to help bring light and joy to yourself and your family even in the midst of darkness and cold.
