How can we get to a rested state so we can make decisions and live in a place of rest?
Prioritize rest when you can
If your kids nap, choose to let the to-do list go once in a while—doesn’t have to be every day unless you want it to be.
Call an audible and make one day a nap/rest day for everyone “Friday is a nap day”
Find ways to make things simpler in your every day life
Say “no” more often if you need to
Clear your schedule of things that aren’t mandatory
Let your husband go to the grocery store for you once in a while
