Episode 21: Stop Calling Me Supermom!

Have you ever been called “Supermom”? Chances are you probably have. While moms need all the encouragement and cheering on we can get, today we are going to talk about why the “Supermom” title might put pressure on us rather than bring encouragement.

In our question time, I share my best tips about LAUNDRY and share what is working well for us right now with 10 people in the house: 

• Do laundry by room/person

  • Each person gets a time to have their laundry washed/dried/put away

• Kids tall enough to reach the washer and dryer get to do their own

  • Show them how to do it and have a sheet with instructions on the wall in the laundry room

• Use a mesh bag like this to corral baby socks so they don’t get lost
